Unser Team in Friedrichshafen sucht Kandidaten für ein freiwilliges Praktikum ab 06/2026 mit einer Mindestdauer von drei Monaten.
Ihre Aufgaben als Praktikant Mergers & Acquisitions / Kooperationen ZF Group (m/w/d):
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung strategischer M&A-/Kooperations-Projekte
- Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen (Benchmarking, Unternehmensprofile, Marktübersichten, usw.)
- Mitarbeit bei laufenden nationalen und internationalen M&A-/Kooperationsprojekten (Projektmanagement, Präsentationen, Due Diligence Bewertung, usw.)
- Unterstützung bei Unternehmensentwicklungsprojekten
Ihr Profil als Praktikant Mergers & Acquisitions / Kooperationen ZF Group (m/w/d):
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium (Bereich: Wirtschaftswissenschaft/vergleichbarer Studiengang mit gutem Notendurchschnitt)
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative
- Erste Arbeitserfahrungen/Praktika sind wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

What you'll do
- The intern will support the development of strategic M&A and cooperation projects and assist in ongoing national and international projects. Responsibilities include creating business analyses and participating in project management and due diligence evaluations.
