About the Position

The Controller I plays a key role in driving all commercial activities and managing financial performance, working closely with top leadership, including the Plant Manager and Head of Finance at Gray Court to ensure the achievement of the site’s financial targets. Gray Court (GCR) is a multi-divisional product line site, consisting of Electrified Powertrain and Commercial Vehicle Systems divisions. 

 

What you can look forward to as the Controller I: 

  • Overseeing commercial evaluation projects within Gray Court. 
  • Being responsible for multi divisional site controller to support Senior Manager Controlling to manage Controlling processes Factory Gray Court 
  • Serving as the single point of contact for Controlling topics for Commercial Vehicle Solutions division within Gray Court. 
  • Responsible for all financial KPI’s for Commercial Vehicle division within Gray Court.
  • Responsible for Month-end and Year-end steering, analysis and reporting of financial results with Region Americas and Finance CVS. 
  • Advising Top Management Gray Court and product line in setting financial targets.
  • Sparring-Partnering with Head of Finance GCR and to NA Controllers. 
  • Co-steering strategic initiatives (e.g. cost down initiatives) in alignment/collaboration with Head Finance GCR. 
  • Leading alignment with Project Controlling product line on profitability calculations of existing and new projects for GCR. 

 

Your Profile as Controller I:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related:
  • Strong background/multiple years of experience in Factory Controlling
  • Minimum than 8 years of Analytical and Controlling Experience
  • Value chain knowledge
  • Good communication skills towards all levels of organization 
  • Very good level of intercultural awareness
