About this role

JOB OBJECTIVE

Drives operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle by providing expert human resources consultation to managers and employees, ensuring consistent and compliant application of company policies and local labor legislation. Dedicated to delivering a unified Hire‑to‑Retire experience, supporting onboarding and organizational changes in Workday, and adapting global People & Organization processes to local needs. Committed to fostering strong collaboration between P&O Partners and Support Services, acting as a reliable link that enables efficient problem‑solving, informed decision‑making, and a positive employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all Hire to Retire processes, in accordance with P&O policies and processes, ensuring a standard way of working at the company level;
  • Manages onboarding and pre-hire processes ensuring a unified approach at company level;
  • Monitors and implements changes in Workday so that they reflect business dynamics: transfers, promotions, hiring, terminations and/or other changes that may occur;
  • Provides consultation to department managers from the allocated divisions in order to successfully resolve various requests;
  • Provides consultancy to employees, ensuring the Employee relations part and clarifying the various questions that may arise (Core HR);
  • Provides support in various local projects — ensuring localization according to the specifics of the country, taking into account the standardized approach at the company level;
  • Proposes solutions and offers consultancy in labor legislation problems that arise in the activity of employees in the assigned departments;
  • Ensures good communication with P&O Partners and Support Services Specialists, being the link between these departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field represents an advantage)
  • Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist or People & Culture roles, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday) across the full employee lifecycle.

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the Hire‑to‑Retire cycle
  • Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and ability to interpret and apply it in practical scenarios
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • High attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience
