Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Experience modules. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on modernizing HR portals, automating HR processes, and enhancing employee engagement through intelligent workflows and custom configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of legacy Portal to the new Employee Center Pro.
- Design and implement custom pages and widgets tailored to requirements.
- Migrate existing categories, catalogs, and knowledge articles to new taxonomies and topic structures for improved discoverability and user experience.
- Configure and deploy Employee Relations module, ensuring secure and compliant handling of sensitive cases.
- Automate HR activities and case management using Now Assist features such as Case Summarization and Predictive Intelligence.
- Develop custom email templates, response formats, and ACL configurations to enforce data visibility and access controls.
- Create and manage custom flows using Flow Designer for HR catalogs and Employee Relations workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience with HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Flow Designer, and Now Assist.
- Proven expertise in portal development, widget customization, and taxonomy design.
- Deep understanding of ACLs, email templates, and case management in HR context.
- Experience in data migration, content structuring, and knowledge management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Experience with Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
