About this role
Minimum 5 years of Experience as a Scrum Master. CSM certification preferred.
• Experience in executing Discovery process as a Scrum
• Experienced working in an onsite offshore model
• Experienced working in Banking/Financial Domain
• Good Communication skills
• Facilitates all scrum events
• Extensive experience of working in JIRA. Experience in Roadmap plugin feature is preferred
• Understanding of Agile, working with different team, status reporting and run multivendor/employee scrum team
• Ensure the Discovery Team delivers stories and designs within timeline dates.
• Encourage & enable self-organization within the Discovery Team
• Coach the Discovery team members, as and when needed
• Creates continuous improvement initiatives as an outcome from retro
• Partners with Product Owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate status of the deliverables and escalates key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
• Collaborates with Business Architects, Product Owner, UX Designers and Tech / Engineering Leads to drive the discovery scope and planning conversations
• Act as an ambassador for the project internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the Discovery phase
Preferred location: Noida and Hyderabad.
