What's this role about? 

10 to 15 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support and rollout projects Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes Design Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc.,

Here's how you'll contribute: 

              PPQM Consultant at Zensar take end-to-end ownership of projects and provides valuable expertise. Well-versed in ASAP and involved in various stages of project implementation, including project preparation, business blueprint, realisation/configuration, testing, end-user training, go-live, and production support.

You’ll do this by:

·         Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery

·         Requirement Gathering: understanding requirements, and writing Functional Specification documents

·         Should be an individual Contributor and played a facing lead role

·         SAP Certification and Domain experience will be preferable

·         Estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed

·         Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritising responsibilities based on dynamic requirements

·         Leading and mentoring small-sized teams

·         A highly motivated natural team player with stupendous communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Skilled in delivering in a goal-oriented, target-driven work environment.

·         Diagnose problem areas

·         Design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment, resulting in client delight

·         Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise

·         Conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design , conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organisation's financial guidelines

·         An objective of providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers

Skills required to contribute:

·         Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/ QM and well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC with good analytical skills, along with domain experience in the manufacturing industry.

·         Experience in Implementation and Support Projects.

·         In-depth knowledge in the following areas:

o   Master Data - Bill of materials-BOM

o   Work centres/ Resources,

o   Routings/ Recipe, Production versions,

o   Material Requirement Planning -MRP

o   Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition

o   Batch Management

o   Classification

o Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing

o   Planning: Forecasting, Sales Operation Planning, LTP, PPDS

o   Designed and provided completed upload data templates for Master Data migration from the Legacy system to the Core SAP system.

o   Scheduling and Monitoring of Background / Batch Jobs

·         Quality Management –

o   Quality in Procurement,

o   Quality in Production,

o   In process inspection,

o   Calibration and Quality in Sales,

o   Experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool

o   Notifications

o   Master inspection Characteristics-MICs

o   Inspection Plan,

o   Catalogues and Code groups

o   Change Management-ECM/ECO

•        In-depth experience of PPQM functional module and thorough understanding of cross-functional applications, integrating other modules like FI, CO, LE, MM, with SD.

•        Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), Taking Signoffs, Configuration, Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·                Knowledge on Interfaces with MES, LIMS, QMS Systems , Weighing Scales

•        Worked on developing/Executing test scenarios and test cases. Hands-on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance, error and bug tracking using HP Quality Centre or any other testing tool.

•        Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing for verifying the functionality of the PPQM transactions

•        Experienced in configuration and set-up of the PPQM module through IMG and supporting day-to-day PPQM module issues, providing enhancements and translating them into system configuration requirements.

•        Worked on Business Requirements and Blue Printing of the process

•        Developed and executed Test Scripts, recorded Test results

•        Configured material classification, characteristics and classes; this enabled grouping together of certain materials according to a predefined criterion.

•        Worked on developing/Executing test scenarios and test cases. Hands-on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance

•        Resolved issues with the Client in existing business processes and issues that required configuration changes

•        Imparted extensive training to the End Users

•        Provided post go-live support and generated daily status report
