• Model Development & Evaluation: Implement, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/AI models (e.g., classification, NLP, LLM-based pipelines) using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Data Pipelines: Build data preprocessing and feature engineering workflows with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn; ensure data quality and reproducibility.
• LLM/NLP Integration: Assist with LLM evaluations, prompt engineering, RAG setups (e.g., vector databases like FAISS/Chroma), and API integrations.
• Application Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask; contribute to backend components that consume AI models.
• MLOps & Deployment: Containerize with Docker, package models, and help deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI) with CI/CD basics.
• Testing & Documentation: Write unit/integration tests (pytest), keep documentation current, and follow coding standards and reviews (PRs).
• Monitoring & Support: Participate in model and service monitoring (latency, drift, accuracy), issue triage, and iterative improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and platform teams; participate in agile ceremonies and sprint deliverables.

• Programming: Strong Python skills (functions, OOP, typing, packaging); familiarity with virtual environments and dependency management (pip/poetry).
• ML Fundamentals: Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, basic metrics (precision/recall/F1/ROC-AUC), cross-validation, overfitting/regularization.
• Core Libraries: Experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
• APIs & Services: Ability to build simple APIs with FastAPI/Flask and consume external services.
• Version Control: Git/GitHub or Azure DevOps, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI familiarity (GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines).
• Cloud Foundations: Coursework or hands-on exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP for storage, compute, and container registries.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset; curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Education: BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
