Solution cum Technical Architect – AI/ML & Agentic AI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Solution cum Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of intelligent frameworks for enterprise-grade application maintenance and support. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecting AI Agent-based solutions using LLMs, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning to automate and optimize L1, L2, and L3 support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design Frameworks for AI-powered application support across L1, L2, and L3 tiers.
- Lead the development of Agentic frameworks using LLMs, & SLMs, ML models, and Deep Learning techniques.
- Build scalable MLOps pipelines for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
- Develop deep learning solutions for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and intelligent automation.
- Incorporate Agentic AI principles to enable autonomous decision-making and dynamic system adaptation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance models for scalable AI solutions.
- Drive proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot implementations to validate solution effectiveness.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of deployed frameworks.
- Mentor and guide development teams in AI/ML engineering practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10–14 years of experience in enterprise application architecture and development.
- Proven expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), SLMs( Phi-3, Llama 2 -7B, Gemma, Mistral 7B), Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs), and ML algorithms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, Azure/AWS AI services.
- Experience in building AI Agents and Agentic workflows for ITSM or enterprise support.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, microservices, and cloud-native design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), or TOGAF.
- Experience with AIOps platforms, observability tools, and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
