About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer who can lead technical delivery across multiple projects, engage with stakeholders, and provide hands-on expertise in modern full stack development. The ideal candidate should be capable of independent decision-making, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collect business and technical requirements by directly interacting with clients, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Write, review, and refine User Stories, technical specifications, and architectural documentation.
- Implement high-quality code across front-end and back-end components.
- Drive Sprint Planning, Estimation, Code Reviews, and oversee Agile/Scrum activities.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure system scalability.
- Guide DevOps workflows and CI/CD integrations across cloud-based environments.
- Mentor junior developers and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
