Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our hiring efforts across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our Product & Engineering teams, working closely with leaders to attract and hire the best tech talent. From sourcing and screening to strategic workforce planning, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This isn’t just another recruiting role - it's an opportunity to influence and shape the hiring strategy in one of the world’s leading SaaS companies. If you’re ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas to the table, and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process – from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment insights.

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent across EMEA.

  • Be a talent advisor – leverage market insights and data to drive hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.

  • Champion diversity and inclusion – proactively attract, engage, and hire diverse talent to foster a more inclusive workplace.

  • Use cutting-edge tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, social media) to build strong talent pipelines and track key recruiting metrics.

  • Enhance the employer brand by engaging in recruitment marketing, attending events, and developing innovative outreach programs.

  • Train and coach hiring managers on best hiring practices, interview techniques, and market trends.

  • Collaborate across regions and support hiring initiatives outside of EMEA when needed.

What you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in tech talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proven expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates through innovative methods.

  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA tech talent market and the ability to anticipate hiring trends.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – you’re a true business partner, not just a recruiter.

  • Data-driven mindset – you use insights to influence hiring strategies and optimize recruitment processes.

  • Passion for diversity hiring – you proactively seek out ways to build more inclusive teams.

  • Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and leveraging technology for efficient hiring.

  • A self-starter mentality – you take ownership, drive initiatives, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What we offer

  • Fixed-term contract (12 months) with a possibility of conversion.

  • A team of passionate people who love what they do and support each other.

  • Freedom to innovate – bring your ideas, experiment, and make a real impact.

  • Career growth opportunities – we invest in your development and success.

  • A global, collaborative work environment where you can connect with amazing people worldwide.

And of course, amazing benefits to support your well-being and work-life balance:

  • Flexible working hours and flexible, hybrid environment (we encourage you to work two days per week from the office)

  • Professional development funds to help you grow in your career.

  • Premium medical insurance (including dental & physiotherapy) plus private life insurance.

  • Well-being package (incl. Employee Assistance Program and Mental Health Support).

  • A competitive benefits package designed to support your lifestyle.
