Support the creation and refinement of reports for management as part of the major business transformation (S/4HANA & Salesforce) at ZEISS, targeting key stakeholders such as the Supervisory Board, Executive Board, and steering committees
Collaborate in the Value Case Management process from definition to implementation alongside ZEISS segments, units, and process and IT experts
Assist in decision-making processes within management committees
Support and advise program management, acting as a sparring partner
Contribute to the development of program policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality measures
Aid in the risk and issue management process, including contributing to the development of solution approaches
Assist with key interface topics of the program, such as resource and budget planning in collaboration with controlling
Currently enrolled in a university program in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration
Initial practical experience or internships in similar roles or functions are advantageous, ideally in (management) consulting
Basic knowledge of process and customer excellence, as well as in the creation of business cases and reporting
Advanced skills in executive reporting / Powerpoint
Familiarity with S/4HANA and Salesforce is a plus
Interest in working within agile, interconnected, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
