About this role
岗位职责
1. 根据生产计划高效执行镜框扫型、镜片终检等质检工作，确保日清日结；
2. 严格依据SOP及企业标准，快速准确判断镜框/镜片质量；
3. 负责工序物料的先进先出管理，协调生产流转，保障生产节奏；
4. 定期点检和维护检测设备，确保工具状态良好；
5. 持续学习国家和行业标准，优化质检流程；
6. 对客户订单质量全程负责，协助提升产品合格率；
7. 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
1. 全日制大专/技校以上学历 ，具备基础测量计算能力；
2. 有质量意识，能依据标准识别缺陷并判断；
3. 眼科/视光专业背景，或3年以上相关领域培训经历；
4. 眼镜行业（门店/车房/加工）实习或工作经验；
5. 熟悉镜片车边、定配加工等工艺流程；
6. 责任心强，具备职业操守；
7. 注重细节，能适应快节奏生产环境；
8. 有团队协作意识，沟通表达清晰。
