Für unsere strategische Geschäftseinheit "Semicondutor Mask Solutions" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Projektleiter Operations (m/w/x)" am Standort Jena:
Ihre Rolle
Leitung von Operational Excellence & Logistik Projekten im Bereich Operations des Geschäftsbereiches Semiconductor Mask Solution
Verbesserungs- und Optimierungspotentiale in enger Abstimmung mit dem Operations Management Team identifizieren und daraus Verbesserungsprojekte planen und umsetzen für den Geschäftsbereich
Unterstützung der operational Excellence Leitung im Bezug auf den neuen High-Tech Standort Jena
als Vertreter des Geschäftsbereiches in Konzernprojekten mitarbeiten
Lean Prinzipien und Lean Prozesse im Bereich ausbauen und die Umsetzung an allen Fertigungsstandorten sicherstellen
Ihr Profil
abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktions-/Fertigungstechnik oder vergleichbar
langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operational Excellence, Produktionslogistik und Steuerung oder Production Engineering sowie Erfahrung in der lateralen Führung von Teams
gutes Prozessverständnis entlang der Wertschöpfungskette im Sondermaschinen- und Anlagenbau, sowie die Fähigkeit operational Performance Management aus lateraler Funktion in den Operations Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
ausgeprägte Koordinations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Führungspotential - Erfahrung im Shopfloormanagement und Kanban (agiles Projektmanagement, wünschenswert GPM Zertifizierung Level B/C oder vergleichbar)
ausgeprägte Koordinations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Führungspotential
gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen auf Deutsch und Englisch
analytische Denkweise, hohe Auffassungsgabe und Kompetenz "out of the Box" zu denken
