Ihre Rolle
Werden Sie Teil unseres global agierenden Service-Teams und tragen Sie aktiv zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität unserer Patientinnen bei. In Ihrer Rolle als „Optometrist for IOL Calculation“ (IOL = Intra Ocular Lenses) übernehmen Sie folgende spannende Aufgaben:
Präzise Berechnungen: Sie führen detaillierte Berechnungen der benötigten IOL-Stärke basierend auf biometrischen Daten des Patientenauges durch
Kundenberatung: Sie beantworten kompetent Anfragen von Kundinnen zur Auswahl von IOLs und bieten fachliche Unterstützung für unsere Vertriebsmitarbeiter:innen
Ergebnisanalyse: Sie analysieren und bewerten postoperative Ergebnisse nach Katarakt-Operationen, und unterstützen in Fällen, welche postoperative Anpassungen benötigen
Qualitätssicherung: Sie prüfen die Genauigkeit und Qualität der angefertigten IOL-Berechnungen und verbessern dabei unsere Dienstleistungen kontinuierlich
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium im Bereich Augenoptik/Optometrie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im klinischen Bereich oder in der Kontaktlinsenanpassung ist von Vorteil.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) sind erforderlich.
Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und selbstständig und bringen ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz mit
Eine serviceorientierte und kundenfreundliche Arbeitsweise ist für uns essenziell
Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und analytischen Aufgaben
Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z.B. Spanisch/Portugiesisch) sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung

What you'll do
- As an Optometrist for IOL Calculation, you will perform detailed calculations of the required IOL strength based on biometric data and provide expert support to customers regarding IOL selection. You will also analyze postoperative results and ensure the accuracy of IOL calculations.
