岗位职责 Responsibility

根据生产计划和预测制定原材料需求计划并按照采购管理流程出PO给供应商，跟进到货进度，在满足生产需求的前提下，合理降低原材料库存，节省运营资本；

Based on the production plan and forecast, formulate the raw material demand plan and issue the PO to the suppliers in accordance with the procurement management process. Follow up on the arrival progress. Under the premise of meeting the production demand, reasonably reduce the raw material inventory and save working capital.

跟踪已下达的PO，在生产计划更改时，在可能的前提下更改PO数量，加快或推迟PO的交货期，使原料满足生产需求，降低库存；在供应有问题应及时反馈并协调解决问题；

Track the issued POs. When the production plan changes, adjust the quantity of pos as possible, accelerate or postpone the delivery date of pos, so that the raw materials meet the production demands and reduce inventory. If there are any problems with the supply, they should be promptly reported and coordinated for resolution.

跟进PO的付款进度和进口物料的报关进度；

Follow up on the payment progress of PO and the customs declaration progress of imported materials.

对于需退换货的物料，根据质量部与供应商的沟通及时准备资料和安排退回给供应商，协调和跟进后续供应商换货，发票处理和应付和应扣货款

For materials that need to be returned or exchanged, prepare the relevant materials in a timely manner based on the communication between the Quality Department and the suppliers, arrange for the return to the suppliers, coordinate and follow up on the subsequent exchanges with the suppliers, handle the invoices, and handle the payable and deductible payments.

及时完成周和月度报表；

Complete weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.

定期归档相关文件如订单，合同，价格等以满足追溯性和审核的要求；

Regularly file relevant documents such as orders, contracts, and prices to meet the requirements of traceability and review.

协助部门其它人员完成相关工作任务，完成上级安排的其它工作。

Assist other personnel in the department to complete relevant tasks and finish other work assigned by superiors.

• Qualification

统招本科及以上学历，2年或以上物料计划或物料采购相关工作经验；

Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of relevant working experience in material planning or material procurement.

熟练掌握ERP/SAP系统及Outlook、Excel, Word, PPT 等办公软件;

Proficient in ERP/SAP systems and office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PPT.

具备良好的英文听说读写能力;

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

工作细心，周到，思考问题全面，擅长数据分析并总结出结论；
