2.    Make the assembly Strategy and set up standard work time.

3.    Create work instruction and provide technical training to operators.

4.    Design or qualify the tools/fixture, and make sure they are in successful delivery.

5.    Provide the idea of production layout from technical and lean side, and do the workstation qualification before mass production.

6.    Support RD to build prototype and provide production related experience.

Education / 教育背景
Bachelor degree in optical or mechanical engineering
本科以上学历，光学或机械工程相关专业

Experience /经验
1.    Min. 6 years working experience as Processing Engineer in manufacturing companies in preferably international environment 
至少6年制造工厂担任工艺工程师相关工作经验，外资企业为佳
2.    Experience in designing assembly / adjustment fixtures with 2D or 3D software
具备使用2D 或3D画图软件设计装配/调试治具的经验
3.    Experience in assembly process of precision mechanical or optical equipment
精密部件或光学设备组装工艺经验

Other skills /其他技能
1.    Project management skills is a plus

2.    Strong analytic and problem solving skills

3.    Knowledge in new product introduction (FMEA, Process Flow, WI)
