In dieser spannenden Projektmanager Position haben Sie die Möglichkeit, an einem der zentralen Konzernprojekte von ZEISS mitzuwirken. Sie tragen dazu aktiv zur Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen und Strukturen bei, die die zukünftige Arbeitsweise von ZEISS maßgeblich prägen werden. Im Detail:
Sie sammeln die spezifischen funktionalen und segmentbezogenen Anforderungen innerhalb des Logistik-Workstreams Inbound to Outbound und tragen so zur Entwicklung optimaler Lösungen für ZEISS bei
Durch Ihr Prozessverständnis können Sie zielgerichtet zwischen den verschiedenen ZEISS-Funktionen und Prozessexperten vermitteln
Gemeinsam steuern und koordinieren Sie die notwendige Unterstützung durch externe Berater innerhalb des Workstreams
Sie tragen zur Abstimmung des Teilprojektfortschritts Ihres Streams bei und stellen durch effektive Planung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Gesamterfolg des Projekts sicher
Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an Funktionstests, validieren Prozesskonfigurationen und setzen Strategien zur Verbesserung der Prozesseffizienz um
In Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Teams unterstützen Sie die Einführung von SAP S/4HANA in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und orientieren sich dabei an den festgelegten strategischen Zielen
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreicher Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
1 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Geschäftsprozessfunktion, z.B. Logistik, Supply Chain Management, idealerweise mit SAP oder einem anderen ERP-System
Eine Zertifizierung in SAP S/4HANA oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System ist von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von End-to-End-Geschäftsprozessen
Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Business Process Excellence oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld zur Leistungsverbesserung
Die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Ergebnisorientierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer gekonnten Kommunikation im Change Management, um strategische Pläne erfolgreich zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
Effiziente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Teamarbeit
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
