Ihre Rolle
Technische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Elektronikbaugruppen unserer medizintechnischen Videosysteme im gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
Ganzheitliche Bewertung von Änderungen im Systemkontext: Sie bauen ein tiefes Verständnis für das gesamte Operationsmikroskop auf, um Wechselwirkungen der Videoplattform mit anderen Systemkomponenten (Optik, Mechanik, Stativ) sicher zu beurteilen
Sicherstellung der Plattform-Integrität: Sie verstehen die Videotechnik als zentrale Plattformkomponente und gewährleisten, dass Änderungen in verschiedenen Produktkonfigurationen zuverlässig funktionieren
Möglichkeit zur punktuellen Mitwirkung an Neuentwicklungsprojekten, um Erfahrungen aus dem Feld einzubringen, wobei der klare Hauptfokus dieser Position auf der Pflege und Optimierung der bestehenden Produktfamilien liegt
Proaktives Obsolescence Management für elektronische Bauteile (z.B. Bildsensoren, Interface-Bausteine, FPGAs, Displays)
Recherche, Bewertung und Qualifizierung anspruchsvoller alternativer Komponenten inkl. Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests
Technische Analyse und Lösungsfindung bei Herausforderungen aus Produktion oder Feld (Complaint Handling) im Bereich Videoelektronik
Analyse und Anpassung bestehender Schaltungsdesigns (analog/digital)
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation (Schaltpläne, Stücklisten, Testberichte) gemäß Medizintechnik-Standards
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion, QM und externen Lieferanten
Ihr Profil
abgeschlossenes Studium (Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik o.ä.)
Berufserfahrung oder fundierte Kenntnisse (Praktika/Abschlussarbeiten) in der Hardwareentwicklung
starkes Interesse und idealerweise Kenntnisse in Videotechnik (Signale, Interfaces, Sensoren, Displays, FPGAs)
Ausgeprägtes Systemdenken: Sie blicken über die reine Elektronik hinaus und haben Freude daran, sich in die komplexen Abhängigkeiten eines mechatronischen Gesamtsystems einzuarbeiten
gute Kenntnisse in analoger/digitaler Schaltungstechnik; FPGA/VHDL/Verilog wünschenswert
Erfahrung mit Messtechnik wünschenswert
analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kenntnisse im Bauteil-/Obsolescence-Management oder Betreuung von Serienprodukten von Vorteil
kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, lernbereit
gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
