Drive and assist in HR transformation efforts within the global Workday team at ZEISS, covering system development, upgrades, testing, and technical Workday tasks
Supervise the configuration design and global roll-out of Workday Absence and Time Tracking, along with coordinating, implementing, and testing Workday-related work packages
Collaborate with global HR process owners, internal and external developers, and cross-functional stakeholders in HR, IT, Payroll, and Management
Spot process shortcomings, analyze global HR workflows, and apply enhancements to boost Workday adoption and user satisfaction
Construct proof-of-concept solutions that reflect business requirements and translate those requirements into successful Workday configurations
Document business needs and provide global assistance to HR teams while acting as the key interface among HR, IT, Managers, and Payroll
Academic degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar area of study
Profound Workday implementation experience, primarily in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence
Exceptional abilities in communication and organization in English, with German being a beneficial asset.
Strong knowledge of Workday Security and skill in creating thorough reports to address business needs.
Established experience in global Workday deployments and a deep understanding of HR processes with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work packages with urgency and adaptability and to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct business workshops, and capture clear and detailed requirements
Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism
