Deine Rolle
ZEISS Multi-Sensor-Koordinatenmesssystem sind heute unverzichtbarer Bestanteil der industriellen Produktion.
Mit optischen und taktilen Sensoren erfassen sie auf den Mikrometer genau die Produktgeometrie zur
Sicherstellung der Qualität moderner Produkte. Durch die Digitalisierung der Produktion stehen die Systeme nicht
mehr isoliert, sondern integrieren sich in das digitale Netzwerk der Produktion.
Bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit, Studium und Praxis optimal miteinander zu verbinden und aktiv an spannenden Projekten mitzuarbeiten. So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter.
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von strukturmechanischen FEM-Modellen von Koordinatenmessgeräten
Planung und Durchführung von Versuchen zur Validierung der Modelle
Abgleich von Simulation und Versuch: Vergleich mit Messdaten, Modellkalibrierung, Unsicherheitsbewertung
Entwicklung von Verfahren zur präzisen Messung im sub-µm-Bereich
Parametrisierung und Automatisierung von Simulationsstudien
Dein Profil
Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Physik o.ä.
Vertiefte Kenntnisse in und Interesse an der technischen Mechanik
Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der FE Software Ansys und der Programmierung mit Matlab oder Python
Fähigkeit komplexe technische Sachverhalte und Systeme zu durchdringen
Selbstständige, proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
