The Product Information Analyst II plays a critical role in managing product content and syndication by executing requests to enhance data quality, automate processes, and accelerate speed-to-market through advanced technologies. They partner with key customers to improve content accuracy, expand distributor product assortments, and optimize brand presence for better visibility and engagement, while addressing data maintenance requests and resolving issues. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the analyst ensures standardized, complete, and accurate master data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system to support successful launches. They support customers and team members, communicate important information clearly and ahead of issues, and adopt a holistic approach to understanding downstream impacts. Additionally, they facilitate and follow up on projects related to product content.  They enhance Kleintools.com by improving content quality, navigation, and SEO performance in alignment with marketing strategies.  The PIA II will analyze product content performance, implement tracking mechanisms, and share actionable insights with the product marketing team to enhance content for new product launches

• Act as SME for role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of master data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system. Ensure standardized, complete, and accurate content, including taxonomy categorization, attribute assignment, marketing copy, and product references, to meet downstream customer requirements effectively.
• Resolve content issues, support investigation of root causes, and implementation of innovative solutions that address underlying problems.
• Support product content syndication processes, executing opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes, and accelerate speed-to-market by leveraging advanced technologies.
• When requested partner with key customers to ensure content accuracy, expand distributor product assortments, and optimize brand presence for increased visibility and engagement on customer sites. Address data maintenance requests, resolve issues, and provide ad hoc reporting and product data as needed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in mapping customer data points to create and sustain automated syndication processes. Manually enter new item setups and update content as required.
• Support cross-functional projects, ensuring clear and concise communication with stakeholders. Execute best practices to optimize content quality and improve SEO performance.
• Support the establishment of criteria for analyzing and reporting product content performance, implement tracking mechanisms, and share actionable insights with the product marketing team to refine content strategies for new product launches.
• Work cross functionally to document and follow up on product content projects in appropriate management software.
• Enhance KleinTools.com by improving content quality, optimizing customer navigation, and driving SEO performance in alignment with the broader marketing strategy.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; strong command of English, both written and verbal, strong technical skills, an ability to learn processes and systems. 
• Proficiency in Product Information Management (PIM) software
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and best practices
• Must demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, and resolve issues that may cross multiple internal or external functions
• Must have versatility and flexibility in adjusting to changing business needs and priorities, and strong communication skills, verbal and written 
• Strong team focus and ability to work with others, both internal and external to the organization
• Excellent attention detail, analytic, organizational skills are a must

Physical Demand Requirements
