We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce ite Merchandiser to join our growing ecommerce team. This role is responsible for delivering seamless, engaging, and brand-right onsite experience through strategic product launches, site merchandising, content execution, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive conversion through thoughtful merchandising execution.

▪ Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA 

▪ Hybrid Schedule – 3-4 Days In Office  1-2 Days Remote

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee end-to-end product uploads and launches, ensuring accuracy and completeness across copy, imagery, pricing, categorization, and product attributes at the style and color level.
• Own quality control for all product pages, homepage updates, site content, and featured assets to ensure timely, accurate launches aligned with marketing and merchandising initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Creative, Photography, Marketing, Copy, Site Production, Information Technology, and Ecommerce teams to execute site updates and seasonal launches.
• Support execution of the site merchandising strategy by monitoring daily sales, customer behavior, and site analytics to drive conversion and improve customer experience.
• Participate in A/B testing initiatives by contributing test ideas, performing quality control, conducting competitive research, and supporting ongoing site optimization efforts.
• Assist in seasonal product launches, weekly emails, and site stories by communicating inventory availability and aligning product linking strategies.
• Manage operation aspects of weekly emails ensuring accurate execution of copy, imagery, product links, and launch timing prior to mass deployment.
• Conduct regular site audits and sweeps to maintain product data integrity and coordinate fixes with development and production teams as needed.
• Analyze weekly and monthly site performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales and reduce risk across key products.
• Collaborate with CRO Manager, Information Technology (IT), Production, and third-party vendors to implement site enhancements that improve conversion and the overall site experience.
• Optimize onsite search and faceting functionality by updating keywords and filters to reflect current product priorities and evolving customer search behavior.
• Assist in managing the image reshoot process, ensuring final imagery reflects seasonal styling intent and product end use.
• Partner with the photo team to provide direction on styling, end use, and best-in-class imagery for each seasonal item on site.
• Proactively identify process improvements to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional communication.
• Provide ongoing day-to-day support to the Site Merchandising Manager and ecommerce team across initiatives and special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

▪ 5+ years of ecommerce merchandising experience within the fashion industry.
 ▪ Shopify experience required.
 ▪ Klaviyo, Asana, and Google Analytics experience preferred.
 ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Slides.
 ▪ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 ▪ Strong team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS 

This is a hybrid office-based role requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires continual use of computers and office equipment and occasional lifting of items over 10 pounds. Work is primarily conducted in an air-conditioned office environment or home office setting.

POSITION SALARY RANGE

$80,000 - $90,000   Annually

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors.   Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation.  Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
