How you’ll spend your time

·       Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, translating finance and business requirements into clear KPIs and insights

·       Ensure data quality and consistency by working closely with IT and data owners and deepening the understanding of underlying data models

·       Drive automation and improvement of reporting and controlling processes using modern tools and technologies

·       Prepare and analyze financial results, budgets, and forecasts, supporting management with meaningful insights

·       Act as a finance business partner for stakeholders, communicating complex financial information in a clear and understandable way

·       Support Business Controllers in ensuring continuity in financial steering and stakeholder support

What’s important to us

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate degree preferred

·       Professional experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and controlling, preferably in a professional service provider environment

·       Strong knowledge of data management, with a passion for utilizing and improving available data for strategic decision-making

·       Proficiency in Power BI is required and experience with other BI or data visualization tools is a plus

·       Flexibility, independence, and composure under pressure

·       Excellent analytical skills and assertive communication abilities in English (German proficiency is a plus)
