Your mission

To further accelerate the growth of our founder-led company, we are looking for a Principal Product Manager (m/f/d) to join us in Munich or Berlin in a hybrid working model.

This role is designed for true Product Entrepreneurs who go far beyond execution and take end-to-end ownership on a company-critical level. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for several of our most strategic product initiatives, shaping the long-term direction of our platform and making a direct impact on our business success.

From strategic problem framing and product discovery to delivery, scaling, and measurable value realization, you own the full lifecycle. You will work closely with a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, UX specialists, and senior business stakeholders, acting as a key link between product strategy, technology, and company goals.
 
 Your responsibilities

• Ownership: As a Principal Product Manager, you drive complex, cross-functional product initiatives with high strategic relevance. You define product vision, target architecture, and roadmaps for core automation and platform capabilities of our B2B CX marketplace — spanning business and workforce management, training, and success & performance management. You operate as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership and management.
• Strategic & Creative Freedom: You are empowered to build new product domains and platform capabilities from the ground up. You identify high-leverage opportunities, make sharp prioritization decisions, and orchestrate initiatives to maximize customer value and business impact.
• Innovation & Scale: Working closely with excellent engineering teams, you bring state-of-the-art technologies into production. Your scope ranges from discovery-driven MVPs and pilots to large-scale, mission-critical systems processing thousands of daily interactions. You consistently design for scalability, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
• Impact & Value Creation: You measure success by outcomes, not output. With a strong focus on economic value, you become a key driver of value-generating product leadership, directly contributing to growth, efficiency, and the long-term competitiveness of our company.

Your skillset

• Deep Product & Engineering Expertise: You bring a strong background in product management or engineering and many years of experience in fast-growing environments — ideally within scale-ups, dynamic mid-sized companies, consulting, or your own entrepreneurial ventures. Experience in operations-centric product domains is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial Leadership Mindset: You think and act like an entrepreneur: curious, pragmatic, and highly accountable. You identify opportunities early, test hypotheses quickly, iterate based on data, and make decisions with long-term business impact in mind.
• Proven End-to-End Impact: You can demonstrate clear, measurable success in complex product initiatives where you personally drove outcomes — from vision and discovery through delivery and scaling.
• Structure, Data & Decision-Making Excellence: You excel at structuring complexity, setting clear priorities, and making informed decisions grounded in data, customer insights, and technical understanding. You move confidently between strategic altitude and hands-on execution.
• Outstanding Communication & Stakeholder Management: You communicate fluently in English and German and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners. You align diverse perspectives and create shared clarity and direction.
