We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist for a 1 year Fixed Term Contract, to provide day-to-day operational support for our Member Platform.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): 

• Provide operational support to improve product development workflows

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to support alignment and communication

• Administer internal tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring clean, efficient setup

• Track and resolve issues, helping remove bottlenecks

• Coordinate feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement

• Identify and propose process enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability

• Support new product and feature launches

• Conduct fraud reviews, investigate flagged accounts, and maintain documentation for a robust review process
