About this role

As Market Research Consultant you will offer customer service for the YouGov Shopper clients, having responsibility for the development of sales and the fulfillment of the financial goals.

At the same time, nurturing and development of long-term relations with local company’s customers and contributing to the visibility of the local brand on the market will be the goal for you, as professional.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do:

  • Business development by offering tailored solutions to the needs identified independently by the clients or with support of one of our team members.

  • Preparation of sales offers and active sales self-driven or with support of other consultant or team leader.

  • Team work aimed at building long-term relationships with clients by offering and delivering relevant data and tools tailored to the specific needs to support business decisions.

  • Constant search for new areas of support for the client’s business on her/his own or with support of one of our team members.

  • Translation of client’s needs into solutions and transferring to the Data Analysts and Project Execution Teams for implementation on her/his own or with support of other Consultant or Team Leader.

  • Working closely with the Advanced Solutions Team (customed market research projects).

  • Self-reliant realization of the financial and qualitative goal related to customer service.

  • Watching and ensuring the continuity of documentation related to client cooperation (agreements, offers, contracts, financial documents and other internal documents).

  • Preparation of conclusions and recommendations based on reports and data delivered by Data Analysts and Project Execution Teams.

  • Agreeing with the clients on the details regarding prepared analyses, presenting the results of the analyses and conclusions / recommendations.

  • Representing the company in front of the client as well as at external meetings and events.

These are the essentials you’ll need for having an interview:

  • Preferred higher education (Economics, Marketing, Management, Sociology, Psychology, Quantitative Methods).

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least B2).

  • Good knowledge of preparing sheets in MS Excel and presentations in MS Power Point.

  • Ability to think analytically and infer from numerical data, to derive operational recommendations.

  • Ability to present the results of analysis / project to the client and to conduct meetings.

  • Proven skills within the areas of effective communication and presentation.

  • Curiosity and inquisitiveness.

  • Willingness to develop and grow in the field of market research, constant improvement of the tool workshop.

  • Self-reliance, responsibility, ability to work in a team.

  • Interest in the FMCG industry or work experience in research agency will be an additional advantage.
