Here’s a summary of the role:
Our People team is growing, and we're looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a key link between HR, the business, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll lead critical people and performance initiatives that reflect and reinforce our strong company culture and values. As a trusted advisor, you'll support regional business units by designing and implementing commercially focused HR solutions. You'll collaborate closely with fellow HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to deliver strategic projects, while continuing to provide comprehensive generalist HR support to the business.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
Partnering with business leaders to develop and embed the people strategy and strengthen our culture, aligned to business needs and goals.
Developing strong, credible relationships with managers and senior stakeholders
Partner with our specialist teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward, and HR Operations to deliver people strategy and support to the business
Ongoing employee relations management including performance management, employee cases, and policy development
Talent management including succession planning, internal moves and global mobility
Partner with Talent Acquisition in interviewing, onboarding, and assessment.
Support business leaders’ org design for new and existing roles and teams.
Drive data and reporting to support leaders in making informed business decisions
Lead and support projects including year-end processes, engagement survey, change initiatives, and local business-driven initiatives.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
Strong knowledge of local employment legislation – Switzerland and Austria, and experience managing employee relations, including unions or works councils
Proven HR business partnering experience with the ability to balance strategic insight and day-to-day HR operations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and build strong partnerships
Demonstrated ability to lead through change, manage ambiguity, and handle multiple priorities under pressure
Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge norms and drive continuous improvement
Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating across teams, while also operating independently
Solid understanding of all HR functions with deep expertise in at least one area (e.g., talent, performance, or org development)
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
HR qualifications
Background in organizational design or change management methodologies
HRIS expertise, with experience using tools like Workday
Previous experience in fast-paced or high-growth industries
Candidate must be in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.
Working arrangement – hybrid 2x in the office
