As an Account Manager you deliver FMCG shopper insights tailored to the needs of your clients so they can make the best possible business decisions. You define the optimal research solution to answer your customer’s business questions powered by our trusted YouGov consumer panel data and our customizable solutions.
We are looking for a passionate team member who is eager to take the client’s business a step further. Reporting to our Commercial Lead also based in Leuven, you manage and grow a client portfolio of renowned FMCG companies and retailers. You will challenge clients and colleagues with your expertise while providing out-of-the-box consultancy that translates data and trends into actionable, story-driven insights.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do:
Design clear and compelling research proposals to successfully answer customer’s Key Business Questions.
Develop relevant insights together with market analysts and other consultants and translate them into strategic advise.
Advise customers in developing effective strategies, together with your local and international counterparts.
Keep clients informed on the most recent market trends.
Create new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
Act as Yougov ambassador to your clients and at industry events
These are the essentials for having an interview:
Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience at a market research agency or at an FMCG company or retailer.
Fluent Dutch and/or French and English language skills.
You pair strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills to address customer challenges effectively.
