This role requires a blend of financial knowledge, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure that financial systems meet organizational needs and integrate seamlessly with existing processes.</p> <p>Understand planning and forecasting situations, helping simplify models and existing FP&amp;A data, as well as implementing processes and client data within the company's environment.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Application Deployment and Configuration:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Maintain and lead the implementation and improvements of finance applications, ensuring timely and successful deployment.</li> <li>Configure applications to meet the specific requirements of the organization.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.</li> </ul> <li><strong>System Integration:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Ensure seamless integration of finance applications with other business systems.</li> <li>Work with IT and other departments to design and implement integration solutions.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Customization and Development:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Customize finance applications to enhance functionality and meet business needs.</li> <li>Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Testing and Quality Assurance:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they function as intended.</li> <li>Identify and resolve any issues or bugs.</li> <li>Validate and maintaining&nbsp; data models and improving the quality</li> </ul> <li><strong>User Training and Support:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Provide training and support to end-users on the use of finance applications.</li> <li>Create user guides and training materials.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Manage implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources.</li> <li>Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Ongoing Maintenance and Optimization:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Perform regular system maintenance and updates.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of finance applications.</li> </ul> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What to bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in implementing and supporting finance applications (e.g., ERP, accounting software).</li> <li>Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.</li> <li>Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with specific finance applications such as Oracle, Hyperion, Microsoft and NetSuite (Advanced Revenue Management - a plus), Zuora Rev Pro &amp; Zuora Billing (or any Billing system), API and software integration</li> <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA, CFA).</li> <li>Experience with cloud-based financial applications.</li> </ul> <p class="title"><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track to success – work in a dynamic organization with ambient and laid-back office atmosphere</li> <li>Individualized career development, rewards and recognition.</li> <li>Work-life balance – 25 days paid vacation with add-ons for loyalty, regular team buildings and celebrations in and outside the country</li> <li>Additional health insurance package</li> <li>Internal mobility program and refer-a-friend program</li> <li>Managing a fixed monthly budget for social benefits thru Re:Benefit – a flexible online benefits solution</li> <li>Food vouchers</li> <li>E-learning portals and knowledge sharing sessions.</li> <li>Company backed Hackathons, Tech conferences, workshops events, etc Stocked kitchen and bar.</li> <li>Equity in options.</li> <li>Hybrid working – 3 days/week in the office.</li> </ul> <p>If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay!
