The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, coordinate meeting room bookings, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner</p></li><li><p>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly</p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable</p></li><li><p>Handle meeting room bookings, including scheduling, confirmations, and resolving conflicts</p></li><li><p>Coordinate meeting room setup requirements (AV equipment, seating, refreshments)</p></li><li><p>Maintain meeting room calendars and ensure efficient space utilization</p></li><li><p>Schedule appointments and manage internal calendars as required</p></li><li><p>Provide accurate information about the company to clients and visitors</p></li><li><p>Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required</p></li><li><p>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers)</p></li><li><p>Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation</p></li><li><p>Liaise with internal teams to support meetings and office operations</p></li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>High school diploma or Bachelor (Associate’s degree preferred)</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p></li><li><p>Experience using calendar and booking systems</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p></li></ul>
