<p>We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our Research & Design team in transforming complex research findings into clear, visually compelling reports, presentations, and infographics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, has a strong eye for detail, and can turn data and insights into impactful design that supports informed decision-making.</p><p></p><p>Principal Accountabilities:</p><p><strong>Research Report & Presentation Design</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="">·</span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman";"> </span>Design and format research reports and presentations with clear structure and strong layout</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="">·</span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman";"> </span>Ensure readability, consistency, and professional quality across all outputs.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Infographics & Visual Storytelling</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="">·</span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman";"> </span>Translate research findings into clear infographics and visual summaries</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="">·</span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman";"> </span>Create chars, icons, and layouts that simplify complex information</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Collaboration & Delivery</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="">·</span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman";"> </span>Work closely with research team to understand content and design accurately</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="">·</span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman";"> </span>Manage multiple deliverables and apply feedback efficiently to meet deadlines</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="">·</span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman";"> </span>Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager</p><p><strong>File Management & Consistency</strong></p><p>Maintain well-organized design files, templates, and version control</p><p><span>Prepare final outputs in the correct formats for digital and print-ready delivery.</span></p><p></p><h4><strong>Qualifications & Required Skills:</strong></h4><p><strong>Education/Qualification: </strong>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.</p><p><strong>Work Experience: </strong>3-5 years' experience in graphic design, ideally supporting research reports,<strong> </strong>presentations, and infographic work</p><p><strong>Knowledge: </strong>Strong understanding of layout designs, typography, and visual hierarchy, with</p><p>the ability to translate research content into clear visual outputs</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</p><p>PowerPoint (presentation formatting and reporting structuring)</p><p><span>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage revisions and deadlines</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"></p>
