Job Responsibility:
• To undergo structured technical and training development with the objective of becoming a certified trainer within the SCOE Training Team.
• To support design engineering, system configuration, testing, and training delivery activities under supervision
• To participate in regional training programs, including extensive travel across the Middle East and Africa for training delivery and support.
• Participate in internal and external technical trainings to enhance system, application, and domain knowledge.
• Supporting lead engineer in design, configuration, testing and other documents preparation.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Assist in the delivery of classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Participate in training system setup, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting before and during training programs.
• Performs timely reporting to Team leader on the jobs assigned.
• Provide timely progress updates and reports to the Team Leader on assigned tasks and activities.
• Continuously enhance product, system, and application knowledge to meet training delivery standards - • Travel extensively across the Middle East and Africa to support and deliver training programs as assigned.
• Adapt training content and delivery approach based on audience profile, skill level, and customer requirements - • Support post-training activities including documentation updates, training reports, and lessons-learned
Job Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering Instrumentation, or Process Control.
• Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with strong interest in training and technical development
Job Skills & Competencies:
• Strong presentation and knowledge-sharing capability with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Effective classroom and virtual training facilitation skills (developing stage).
• Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess trainee understanding and respond appropriately to questions and learning gaps.
• Adaptability and cultural awareness to engage with diverse audiences across the Middle East and Africa.
• Self-driven attitude with strong willingness to learn, practice, and continuously improve training delivery skills.
