As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll design, implement, test, and refine engineering solutions that drive operational safety, reliability, and innovation across industries.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Design purposeful solutions: Turn engineering concepts into reality through thoughtful design and feasibility testing.
  • Assure quality & safety: Conduct inspections to ensure our systems perform with integrity, meeting global standards and local regulations.
  • Shape our standards: Help refine Yokogawa’s engineering specifications and guidelines, ensuring they align with both industry best practices and our sustainability ambitions.
  • Lead by example: Communicate our local engineering vision in line with Yokogawa’s broader mission — inspiring your team to deliver excellence.
  • Grow capability: Coach colleagues, share insights, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive performance: Support Project Management to allocate tasks within your team toward achieving milestones that matter.
  • Collaborate & communicate: Build bridges across teams to ensure ideas, learnings, and innovations flow seamlessly.

🧭 What You Bring

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in Electrical Engineering with specialization for process control, automation.
  • Master’s degree and 0–3 years or Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of hands-on engineering experience — ideally in process automation.
  • Experience in specification, testing, and implementation in process control application for DCS, PLC or Scada systems.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and action-planning skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and turn insight into action.
  • A curious, adaptive mindset — open to learning, evolving, and co-innovating tomorrow.
