Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Installation and Configuration and upgradations of Plant Information Management Systems.
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the PIMS/PI Solutions for AMC Customers.
• Installation and Configuration of Yokogawa EXA Solutions (EXAOPC Servers, Exaquantum PIMS Historian)
• Installation and Configuration of Yokogawa Alarm Management Solutions and development of Customized Solutions for SABIC and ARAMCO.
• Installation and configuration of Exaquantum ARA, SER, AMD. Configuration of Custom ALMS KPI Reports using SQL, Report Builder.
• Configurations of L2/L3 Hirschman and CISCO switches in OT Field.
• Configuration / Modification of Access Rules and Firewall security policy implementation using CISCO/FortiGate Firewalls.
• Providing support for the DCS HMI Upgrade Projects and performing System maintenance and troubleshooting activities for the AMC customers.
• Preparation of BOM and ordering of the Yokogawa Hardware – Software including the third-party Hardware – Software.
• Preparation of FDS, DDS, FAT procedure and SAT procedures.
• Managing the overall Procurement activities for the entire project.
• Conducting FAT, and providing support in site execution and completion of SAT.
• Troubleshooting, identification, testing of the troubles faced at site and reporting to Regional Support in case of the solution is not possible at site level.
• Patch Installation for Yokogawa Applications as per YHQ Recommendation and Implementation of solutions for the non-conformities identified by the YHQ.
• Follow up for the PO, Order Processing and Material Delivery
• Provide special / custom training to customers upon request
• Actively participate in Yokogawa’s TSD/RSD growth plans and identify opportunities to provide additional services in the installed base
• Depending on business requirement, role can be on-shore or off-shore, short duration or long duration (e.g. resident site support engineer)
