· Responsible for Quality Control functions in various Projects.
· Delivery BU related internal Quality Control functions.
· Control of Non-Conforming Products and Corrective action requests.
· Witnessing Factory Acceptance Test and Inspection at Vendor Premises.
·· Performing Internal QMS Auditing and Project Audit on various stages.
· Control of Measuring and Test Equipment.
· Attending the pre-inspection meeting for various projects.
· Preparation of PQP, ITP and other Project Procedures.
· Control and Continuous Improvement of Engineering QMS documentation.
· Involving in Material Receiving Inspections.
· Performing Stagewise PED inspections.
· Involvement in Internal Factory Acceptance Test.
· Arrangement of TPI Inspections and its coordination.
· Involvement in Suppliers’ and Vendors’ Qualification and Evaluation.
· Participating in various projects pre-shipment checks.
· Customer Feedback analysis and Improvement actions towards Customer Satisfaction
