1.     Strategic Contribution

ü  Align with Yokogawa’s mission, goals, and objectives.

ü  Understand internal processes affecting sales and contribute to company well-being through positive collaboration.

ü  Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the designated sales area.

2.     Sales Execution

ü  Achieve allocated sales targets through proactive engagement and measurable activities.

ü  Execute the Front Sales Engineer Plan and meet defined KPIs.

ü  Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities early in the project lifecycle.

ü  Maintain continuous customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.

3.     CRM & Reporting

ü  Maintain accurate records in the CRM (YODA), including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and status updates.

ü  Provide regular reports to the Senior Manager on business activities, growth areas, and concerns.

4.     Customer & Market Engagement

ü  Promote Yokogawa’s full range of offerings.

ü  Support proposal teams with technically sound submissions.

ü  Conduct SWOT analyses on major customers and monitor agent/distributor activities.

ü  Deliver professional presentations using approved tools and collateral.

ü  Provide basic service support when necessary in collaboration with the Service department.

4.     Collaboration & Coordination

ü  Cooperate with Major Account Managers and EPC Front Sales teams on shared opportunities.

ü  Participate in sales meetings, training, shows, and conferences.

ü  Coordinate promotional activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

5.     Compliance & Confidentiality

ü  Adhere to Yokogawa’s Authorisation Rule and confidentiality standards.

ü  Respond positively to reasonable requests related to the role.

6.     Additional Duties

ü  Provide market insights to the Marketing department for targeted promotions.

ü  Complete Customer Satisfaction reports to enhance service delivery.

ü  Manage demo and loan stock responsibly.
