Job DetailsJob Location: Monument, CO 80132Salary Range: $15.16 - $15.16 HourlyJob/Duties
Set up, tear down and moving equipment. Lifting and maneuvering 50 pounds and manually assisting participants.
Provide instruction of safely executed skills, correct progressions and evaluations regarding the levels of the class participants.
Follow all program policies for all ages
Communicate appropriately with participants’ Parents/ or Guardians
Attend staff meetings and trainings
Acquires of required certifications: CPR and First Aid
Will maintain a fast-paced, highly enthusiastic and energetic environment

Cheerleading Overview
We are offering cheerleading for ages 6-10 during all sports seasons. During spring and fall, cheerleaders will cheer for football games. In the summer and fall/winter, they will cheer for basketball games. We will select a game time for them to cheer unless we have an overflow of sign-ups, in which case, we will divide them into teams for a few games. Participants will receive t-shirts and bows to keep, as well as pom-poms. The coach will teach the participants simple cheers to use throughout the game.
Gymnastics Overview
Our Mommy & Me gymnastics class is the perfect introduction to movement and coordination for children ages 18 months to 4 years. This interactive program is designed for parents or guardians to actively participate alongside their little ones, creating a safe and nurturing environment for exploration. For 4-6 year olds, gymnastics is a fun way to build strength, coordination, and body awareness through activities like rolling, jumping, and balancing, often using equipment like mats and beam.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge and experience in the sport of Gymnastics
18+ year of age
Reliable transportation
Ability to work weeknights and weekends as needed
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with children and the public calmly and diplomatically
