Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate multi-drop transport activities to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
- Balance costs and performance, monitoring KPIs and taking action where needed.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, Commercial and other stakeholders to align transport with business needs.
- Provide drivers with accurate schedules and information.
- Optimize stock and raw material movements from Yara and third-party terminals.
- Improve transport processes, minimize diversions and returns, and support automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HESQ standards and follow up on incidents or complaints.
- Share knowledge and support your team to deliver excellent service together.
Profile
- Experience in multi-drop transport planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable using planning tools, systems, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of HESQ requirements is an advantage.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
- Willing to work according to market hours (10:00 - 19:00), sharing coverage with another Planner.

Offered Salary
We offer salary from 2605 Eur to 3908 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium is not applicable for this role). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
