Voel jij jezelf verantwoordelijk voor de installaties en het apparatuur in onze plant? En ben jij degene die als eerste de storingen en lekkages signaleert? Dan ben jij de Operator die wij zoeken!
De afdeling CES bestaat uit 2 salpeterzuurfabrieken, 3 power plants en de utilities. Deze afdeling produceert dus salpeterzuur en voorziet stoom, elektriciteit, lucht en koelwater voor de hele site
Wat ga je bij ons doen?
Als Operator hou jij je bezig met het uitvoeren van controle-, bedienings-, storings- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de installaties en apparatuur in de plant. Het controleren en bedienen van compressoren en pompen vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Veiligheid staat ten alle tijden centraal, je doet er dan ook alles aan om voor zowel jezelf als je collega’s aan het einde van de dienst veilig naar huis te kunnen gaan. Verder houd jij je bezig met:
- Lopen van controle rondes waarbij je gevonden procesvariabelen, temperaturen en niveaus noteert;
- Je bent een goed in het ondersteunen van de hoofdoperator en bij het starten en stoppen van de plantinstallatie;
- Jij bent de eerste die storingen en lekkages signaleert en meld richting de controlekamer.
Dit alles doe je volgens de geldende procedures binnen Yara Sluiskil en de zogenoemde Yara waarden (Nieuwsgierigheid, Ambitie, Samenwerken & Verantwoordelijkheid).
Wie ben jij?
Je bent communicatief ingesteld, kunt zelfstandig werken en overlegt gemakkelijk met je collega’s, zodat problemen snel worden opgelost en je leert van de fouten die er worden gemaakt. Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekendheid. Met jouw ambitie wil je vlot doorgroeien naar hoofdoperator. Om als operator aan de slag te gaan zoeken we een kandidaat met:
- MBO-opleiding procestechniek, VAPRO C of AOT heeft;
- MBO-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek en een aanvullende opleiding VAPRO B heeft;
- BSO/TSO- opleiding met aanvulling Chemische Procestechnieken heeft.

What you'll do
- As an Operator, you will perform control, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks on installations and equipment in the plant. You will also monitor process variables and support the main operator in starting and stopping plant installations.
