Transport Reagents is one of four commercial units within YIS and is responsible for Yara’s AdBlue® (also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid / DEF) business. Yara is the world’s largest producer of AdBlue®, a high-quality‑ urea solution used to remove harmful NOx emissions from diesel engines. Our products are used daily by millions of consumers and supplied through a global network of sales units, distributors, and retailers.
As Manager Business Development India – Transport Reagents, you will play a key role in accelerating Yara’s AdBlue® / Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) business in one of the world’s most important and fast-growing mobility markets. You will shape market development, identify‑ growth opportunities, and strengthen Yara’s position across the value chain – from direct fleet owners to distributors and retail partners.
This role combines strategic business development with hands-on‑ market execution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to expand market reach, develop commercial solutions, and support the transition towards cleaner transport under India’s BS‑VI emission framework.

The position is based in India, preferably close to major commercial, industrial, or logistics hubs, and works closely with global and regional Transport Reagents teams.
