Responsibilities
- Brindar instrucciones de carga a operadores de unidad, asegurando el apego a controles documentales y estandares de seguridad
- Mantener comunicación constante con el área de vigilancia, para revisión y liberación de unidades reportadas en sistemas internos
- Controlar y validar documentación del área de despacho en lineas de carga.
- Gestionar llamados para ingreso y salida de operadores mediante procesos de pesaje,báscula y control vehicular.
- Control y seguimiento a reportes de desempeño operativo (On Time y Fulfillment de unidades)
- Llevar control administrativo de ordenes de produccion.
- Registrar en ERP (SAP) ingresos,entregas y traspasos de material, garantizando la integridad de la información.
- Conciliar la recepción, conciliación y registro de descargas de Barco.
- Identificar desviaciones operativas y documentales, informando oportunamente para su correción.
Profile
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares
Carrera administrativa ,ingeniería en logística, logística (cadena de suministros) o afín
Manejo de excel y SAP (Deseable)

What you'll do
- The Dispatch Assistant is responsible for providing loading instructions to unit operators and ensuring compliance with documentation controls and safety standards. They will also maintain constant communication with the surveillance area and manage the documentation and performance reports related to dispatch operations.
