We can&#39;t wait to meet you!</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Develop and own the <strong>long-term SEO roadmap</strong> aligned with business and growth objectives</li> <li>Collaborate <strong>cross-functionally</strong> with development and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all initiatives</li> <li>Identify <strong>automation</strong> and <strong>process improvements</strong> to scale SEO efforts efficiently</li> <li>Lead and drive continuous improvements across both <strong>on-page</strong> and <strong>off-page</strong> SEO</li> <li>Perform advanced <strong>keyword research</strong> and <strong>content gap analysis</strong> to shape and execute a high-impact SEO strategy</li> <li>Own <strong>technical SEO</strong>, including site audits, crawlability and indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and related optimizations</li> <li>Create and maintain meaningful <strong>performance</strong> <strong>reports</strong> for top level management </li> <li>Conduct in-depth SEO data analysis using <strong>GA4</strong> and <strong>Google Search Console</strong> to drive data-informed decisions</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4</strong></li> <li>Work confidently with <strong>HTML and CSS</strong> to support SEO implementations</li> <li>Demonstrate advanced proficiency with <strong>Ahrefs</strong> (or similar tools) </li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Screaming Frog</strong> for technical audits, crawling, and site diagnostics</li> <li>Advanced experience managing and optimizing websites using <strong>WordPress</strong> or other CMS platforms</li> <li>Strong technical SEO knowledge, including <strong>crawlability, indexation,</strong> and <strong>Core Web Vitals</strong></li> <li>At least <strong>4 years</strong> of experience in <strong>SEO and online marketing</strong></li> <li>Working proficiency in <strong>English</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Optional Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>Google Tag Manager</strong> implementation and maintenance</li> <li>Ability to design and maintain AI-driven <strong>SEO automations</strong>, to support scalable optimization strategies.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>SQL</strong> for SEO analysis</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Pleasant working atmosphere in top modern offices</li> <li>Hybrid work model</li> <li>Great team and fun at work</li> <li>A powerful employer with a success story of 20 years</li> <li>Further training and qualification opportunities</li> <li>Health promotion, massages, retirement plan, lunch, MacBook Pro and many more</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ready to take your career to the next level?</strong></p> <p>If you are looking for a company that cultivates talent and provides you with the room to grow and unfold, then Yalwa is just for you!
