The role:

The Procurement Department at the Montecchio Maggiore site (Vicenza) is offering a 6-month internship to a high school graduate with strong IT skills and a collaborative mindset. The internship will support operational and management activities within a plant of over 850 employees.

The intern will be involved in supplier and order management tasks, contributing to process optimization and the rollout of the new ERP system, working closely with cross-functional teams.

​​Main Activities:

  • Monitoring overdue orders and sending reminders to suppliers

  • Managing, recording, and archiving order confirmations

  • Preparing weekly control reports for internal stakeholders

  • Managing and archiving maintenance summary reports

  • Data cleaning and organization to support the implementation of the new ERP system

Qualifications:
