We are seeking a Quality Tech to join our day shift team at our DuBois, PA facility. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that quality standards and initiatives are consistently achieved within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The day shift schedule follows a 2-2-3 rotation, with hours from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Initial training will be conducted on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Responsibilities:
Gain an understanding of a specific Sensus product design, including materials and manufacturing requirements while working with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain inspection reports
Conduct routine quality inspections and analyze data
Perform product audits
Identify improvement opportunities in quality control processes
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis through various problem-solving tools and techniques on internal concerns or external customer returns
Supporting product Quality Engineers to achieve objectives
Participate in 5S projects and safety meetings.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Quality ASQ certification a plus
Manufacturing experience preferred
Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel
Ability to read technical drawings
Ability to use a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment
Can work independently with minimal supervision, and be able to follow written directions
Works well with others in a team environment

Manufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, machinery with moving parts and various materials.
Climate controlled workspace, majority of the time with occasional work within manufacturing climate changes.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated pay range for this position is $18.50-23.50 per hour. The starting pay rate is determined by various factors, including skills, experience, and work location.
