We’re looking for a Process Improvement Engineer - Application Engineering, to help us improve how we work across teams, functions, and customer interfaces.

In this role, you’ll combine your engineering background with a passion for process improvement. You’ll work closely with an experienced team of mechanical and chemical engineers who design customer solutions, pump stations, and provide expert technical support to customers every day.

You’ll also take ownership of selected processes, helping us work more efficiently, clearly, and collaboratively as the business continues to evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Look at how we work today, spot inefficiencies, and suggest smarter ways of doing things

  • Design, discuss, implement, and follow up on improved processes that increase efficiency, quality, and transparency

  • Work closely with Application Engineering, Regional Technical Sales Support, R&D, distributors, and customers

  • Act as a connector between teams, making sure roles, interfaces, collaboration processes and communication are clear

  • Support strategic initiatives and organizational changes by assessing how they impact existing processes

  • In some cases, lead improvement initiatives with project management responsibility

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an engineer within R&D, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or a similar role

  • Proven track of successful experience with continuous improvement and/or process development

  • Academic degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Lean Six Sigma certification is highly beneficial

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

  • Experience in project management or technical customer support is advantageous
