  • Cargar y actualizar documentación para la acreditación de empresa y personas en plataformas de clientes para contratos, servicios y proyectos.
  • Mantener carpetas actualizadas con documentación asociada a la acreditación de personas y empresa.
  • Mantener registro y hacer seguimiento a capacitaciones obligatorias de personal.
  • Apoyar las actividades, registros y documentación del Sistema de Gestión Integrado (seguridad, ambiental y calidad).
  • Verificar y reportar el estado, orden y aseo de las instalaciones en general, velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y medioambiente.
  • Gestionar el mantenimiento de edificio, equipos e infraestructura, monitoreando contratistas, apoyando en la coordinación.
  • Realizar pedido de suministros y servicios para el desarrollo a las operaciones (retiro residuos, reposición bidones agua, gas para la grúa, lavandería y otros).
  • Promover y reportar las mejoras en el programa de mejora continua y apoyar con la coordinación de actividades de responsabilidad social empresa.
  • Realizar diligencias y otros trámites del área de operaciones.
  • Reportar cualquier situación que afecte o pueda afectar el Sistema de Gestión.
  • Conocer la Política, aspectos significativos y los objetivos pertinentes a su proceso.
  • Conocer la información documentada asociada a su proceso.
  • Cumplir los controles operacionales definidos en el sistema de gestión, que se relacionan con sus actividades.
  • Uso eficiente de los recursos energéticos de la compañía.
  • Título: Técnico(a) industrial, Técnico(a) en prevención de riesgos, Técnico(a) en Gestión de Calidad y Ambiente o carrera a fin.

Experiencia Requerida

  • Mayor a 1 año en áreas de operaciones.
  • Experiencia relacionada con competencias: En gestión y/o facilitador de la parte administrativa de contratos y servicios, especialmente en el área de SSO y en gestión de mantenimiento de misceláneos en empresas productivas (deseable).
  • Conocimiento en normas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar: Si
  • Licencia clase B.
