Key Responsibilities
 

HR Operations & Service Delivery

  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes, leaves of absence, others).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
  • Support mass data uploads, organizational changes, and HR data audits.

Inquiry Management

  • Respond to Tier 2 HR inquiries from employees and managers via case management tools.
  • Resolve issues related to employee records, policy interpretation, and process exceptions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the Sr. Analysts, People Services or appropriate CoE.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with Field HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support onboarding and training of new People Services team members.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and case resolutions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate data.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.

Process Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to Sr. Analyst and Sr. Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in system testing and implementation of process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably supporting North America.
  • Systems: Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms; familiarity with case management tools such as ServiceNow or Workday Help is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English required; French is a plus.
