About this role
We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build and scale the core backend systems of our platform. You should be comfortable taking full ownership of backend projects from concept through production launch, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, infrastructure efficiency, and security.
What you'll do:
Build and operate production-grade backend services and distributed systems on AWS or GCP.
Design data storage and retrieval using a mix of vector, OLAP, SQL, NoSQL, cache, and search systems.
Implement and run observability practices including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting to maintain system health.
Design and implement comprehensive test harnesses that cover deployment and runtime failure scenarios.
Own backend projects end-to-end, including complex feature development, CI/CD + Terraform, stability, and security.
