<p data-start="268" data-end="362">We are looking for a <strong data-start="289" data-end="323">Production Order Administrator</strong> to strengthen our <strong data-start="342" data-end="361">Operations Team</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="364" data-end="624">The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure smooth execution of production orders through our manufacturing partner network and to resolve any unexpected issues that arise during the production process (see company business model description for more details).</p>

<p data-start="658" data-end="760">Supervise production order processing and maintain documentation in internal <strong data-start="735" data-end="758">CRM and ERP systems</strong></p>
</li>

<p data-start="763" data-end="833">Select suitable contractors from the manufacturing partners database</p>

<p data-start="836" data-end="951">Support the manufacturing process: control timelines, dispatch, delivery organization, and product quality checks</p>

</li>

<p data-start="1237" data-end="1361"><strong data-start="1237" data-end="1303">Fluency (C1 level) in at least one of the following languages:</strong><br data-start="1303" data-end="1306"><strong data-start="1308" data-end="1359">Italian, Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese</strong></p>

<p data-start="1364" data-end="1455">At least <strong data-start="1373" data-end="1406">1 year of relevant experience</strong> in procurement, logistics, or order management</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1456" data-end="1587">
<p data-start="1458" data-end="1587">Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems (sales, production, logistics automation) is a strong advantage</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1588" data-end="1654">
<p data-start="1590" data-end="1654">Ability to resolve non-standard and complex operational issues</p>
</li>
