Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.</p></div><p>We are looking for an<strong> Junior Account Manager</strong> who is able to support our growth and play an active role in our company development in <strong>Nordics and Benelux Region</strong>.&nbsp;<br><strong><br>Goals:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>The main goal of this position is to develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers - market leaders and smaller players in such industries as machine building, robotics, automotive electronics etc. We look for the best practices in sales and account management.</li> <li>Further goals include supporting company development with process improvement suggestions, new ideas and innovation proposals.</li> <li>Quantitative goal is achieving individual sales targets with assigned pools of <strong>English and Swedish, Danish, Norvegian</strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">&nbsp;speaking</strong> customers.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Functional responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with the incoming flow of warm leads, supporting them and developing relations with them.</li> <li>Acquiring new customers.</li> <li>Development of opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography.</li> <li>Management of sales cycle - from initial customer contact and enquiry to the order receiving and ensuring the repetitive orders flow.</li> <li>Maintaining customer contact at all stages of the project and being the primary contact point for your customers.</li> <li>Regular and punctual reflection of the sales process in the CRM system.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Successful candidate:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enjoys sales activities and supporting people. Strong customer focus.</li> <li>Successful sales track record in such industries as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc.</li> <li>IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software.</li> <li>Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection molding is a major advantage.</li> <li>Readiness and willingness to work in dynamic startup environment.</li> <li>&nbsp;English and Swedish, Danish or Norvegian- full professional.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal qualities:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Results-oriented</strong> with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.</li> <li><strong>Proactive and self-motivated</strong> with the ability to work independently.</li> <li><strong>Customer-centric</strong> approach with a passion for understanding and meeting client needs.</li> <li><strong>Strong analytical and solution-finding skills</strong>, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.</li> <li><strong>Adaptable and resilient&nbsp;</strong>in a dynamic business environment.</li> <li><strong>Strong ethical standards and professional demeanor</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Team player </strong>with excellent interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work conditions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sales incentive scheme / sales commission.</li> <li>Equity incentive plan.</li> <li>Corporate Laptop and SmartPhone.</li> <li>Free corporate language courses (English).</li> <li>Salary structure: monthly base salary + bonus 2% of sales (unlimited).</li> <li>Place of work: Remote with occasional international travel (Lyon, France and DE).</li> <li>Reporting to: Sales Leader.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team spirit and friendly atmosphere: </strong>we work in an open, friendly and trusting environment that welcomes initiative.
